Our double cone blender is the most suited machine with efficient design for rapid blending and mixing at low operating speeds. The design consists of shallow vertical cylinder with a cone of carefully engineered angle located at each end. If desired, the products mixed can be directly dicharged into the container by the means of a butterfly valve fitted at the end of the cone. All the contact parts are made of stainless steel. The blender is available either in M.S. Or S.S 304/316 materials. The drive consists of a motor coupled to a suitable gearbox to give the desired RPM.We also offer optional attachments such as the flame proof drive and Jacket arrangement for heating and cooling.
	Capacity: We offer double cone mixer in various capacities ranging from 100 liters to 1000 liters.

Features
It is conical in shape at both ends ends. This allows uniform mixing and easy discharge. To avoid any excessive load on the gear box and motor, the cone is statically balanced. The powder can be loaded into the cone through the wider opening. The powder can be discharged through a mucon valve or a slide valve. Depending upon the product, we can provide paddle type baffles on the shaft for better mixing. This blender can also be operated by a timer. The contact parts are manufactured of either SS 304 or 316 On customer request, we also supply flame proof motor as an optional.

Pug mixer offered by us are of excellent quality. The inner walls are constructed with SS or MS sheets while the mixer which consists of a center shaft of an appropriate diameter and is either made of S.S or M.S material. These mixers are also fitted with specially designed agitator blades in the central shaft to provide contraflow action.
Contraflow ensures consistent circulation to mix/blend ingredients from one end to the another and hence homogenize the batch. Both the ends of the vessel are provided with stuffing boxes on the shaft. These boxes prevent the blended ingredients from leakage or entering into bearings. The shaft is supported by heavy duty pedestals. We provide special arrangements for models above and below 300kgs. For all the models below 300 kgs, the unit is attached with a pulley drive system along with tilting arrangement for smooth discharge. And for the models above 300 kgs, the unit is provided with a gearbox drive coupled to a motor and the discharge valve at the bottom.

Our Sigma mixers comprises of a container welded and machined together with the sigma blades. We have designed them keeping the clearances between the walls and the container to a minimum. This ensures maximum efficacy in kneading and mixing. The shafts of the sigma blades are fitted in bearing blocks. these are each provided with roller bearings, steel glands/teflon rubber seals for smooth and leakproof operations. The mixer is mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated out of ISMC sections and are free from vibrations. We also provide cooling and heating jackets.
These types of machines are available in M.S. and S.S.contruction. The mixer can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or manually. For bigger models,we provide hydraulic tilting. Hydraulic tilting system comes with complete power pack, pressure valves, fittings, electric motor, cylinders, pipes and hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple to operate.
